No sheets for pillows and blanket

1 room with bathroom. There is a microwave and fridge which were not advertised. The bed was comfortable but there was no under sheet for the blanket and the pillows were decorative without sheets to cover them. Everything smelled clean but traditionally pillows should at least have a covering case that can be washed between guests.

I am sorry to hear you did not have the best stay. This unit is advertised as hotel style, only bedroom and bath. We only use quality luxury bedding, while it may look decorative, all pillow cases are luxury with hidden zippers and of course all sheets are changed between guests, I am sure you enjoyed the cleanliness of this unit.
