PC Beach is a beautifully appointed soundfront condo located in the premier boating community of Pirate's Cove. Enjoy incredible water views from the main living area, primary bedroom and the private covered deck. Imagine waking up each morning to an amazing sunrise and ending the day with a breathtaking sunset. Recently updated, PC Beach features a renovated kitchen and remodeled bathrooms, plus new flooring and fresh paint throughout. The stellar location in Buccaneer Village means you'll be directly across from the fitness center, volleyball court and picnic area with fire pit. You can even bring your boat and dock it at the condo's nearby private slip (see below for details).

During your stay, you'll have direct access to the boardwalk where you can take evening strolls along the marina and sound. The Pirate's Cove community offers a variety of amenities, including a large outdoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse, playground and more. The onsite restaurant Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar overlooks the marina and provides lunch, dinner, and a full-service bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Located right across the Washington Baum Bridge, you'll be just a short drive from the public beach accesses in Nags Head.

Can’t stay an entire week? PC Beach is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

BOAT SLIP DETAILS: Rudder Canal Slip #49 located behind the fitness center across from the condo. Can accommodate vessels up to 25' in length.

Beautiful condo

We visited Manteo for our mom’s 80th Birthday. Condo was the perfect size and had a gorgeous view. We watched dolphins all day and even saw a whale all from our balcony! Restaurant onsite had the best service and food.

The view was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches, no door to the master bathroom, no responses from host and host parked his boat in the designated parking space. The pool that is close to the condo is for homeowners only. The renters pool is about a half mile away.

The condo is beautiful with great views of the sound. Location and decor are wonderful. The drawback to the condo is the janitorial/property managers that don't seem to care about noticing the small things. Cockroaches were found dead throughout the property including one of the beds.

The Dolphins are the highlight of staying here

Since my first review conveniently disappeared, I'll post again. This place is decent but has a roach problem. A review 6 months after our stay even mentioned them after we complained during our stay about it. We found large dead ones in the kitchen and balcony and even found a live baby one on the bed. Parking was sometimes difficult with the people living there taking up multiple spots for their golf carts and motorcycles or parking too close to the lines to be able to get in and out of our vehicle. Aside from that, we enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony and having a playground nearby, that's about it.

The space was much more bare-bones than expected. Essentials like coffee, adequate cookware, and quality starter supplies (soap, trash bags, toilet paper) were lacking, so we needed to make a supply run upon arrival. We also noticed cleanliness issues, including dusty all over, dust on the shutters, furniture and dust under the beds, dead cockroaches, and hairs on the floors. There were some maintenance concerns like non-working lights in the master bath. There’s no door in the master bathroom. We could also hear the guest upstairs, which was loud sometimes.
