Cozy and quiet brand new one-bedroom private suite

Unwind in this new one-bedroom self contained suite situated on a tranquil cul-de-sac in the prestigious Bear Mountain neighbourhood of Langford. You'll be just minutes away from a variety of amenities, including restaurants, hiking trails, lakes, golf courses, Costco, pharmacies, grocery stores, a movie theatre, and the stunning waterfalls at Goldstream Provincial Park.
The space
The suite offers over 500 square feet recently built with the latest design in construction. There is one bathroom with towels, body soap and shampoo, a bathtub and a shower with hot water to relax after one day of sightseeing in beautiful Victoria.

When it is time to rest, the one-bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a closet and darkening shades. The open-concept kitchen offers plenty of space for you to warm up some food in the microwave or prepare a meal on the stove, there are utensils, pans and pots, a Fridge/Freezer if you need to keep something frozen, and a small dining table that can be used as an office desk too.

In the morning, you can prepare a warm and fresh cup of coffee using the Keurig coffee maker, and next to it, is the whirlpool laundry and dryer in case you need to do any unexpected laundry. In the living room, you find a 4K HD Smart TV and a three-person love sofa for you to join your favourite Netflix series or if you are a party of three.
Guest access
This is a ground-level suite with its private entrance and it is completely isolated from the main house.

We kindly ask our guests to park their vehicles close to the sidewalk so you don't block ours in the garage :) In addition, there is one parking spot on the street right in front of the house if you prefer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
When checking out, we would appreciate it if you could place any used towels in the laundry machine.
Regarding garbage disposal, we kindly ask that you collect your garbage and place it in the container located outside on the other side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note that shoes are prohibited inside the suite; the entrance door provides a shoe rack.
When checking out, please collect your garbage and leave it outside by the door and place any used towels in the laundry machine.
Parking options: 1. Street parking is available free of charge. 2. Driveway, position your vehicle closer to the sidewalk and don't block the garage.

The property was just as stated, cozy and quiet. Very new and very clean. A bit far from the city, especially with the road construction but much nicer staying away from the traffic of the city.

Spacious, modern, safe, well appointed! The unit was easy to find and access. Communication with the host was amazing. Full sized laundry with detergent provided, dishwasher, full size fridge and stove. We took advantage of all of the above! The neighborhood is a luxurious new development. We felt very safe and would have gladly parked the car on the road.Very easy access to Victoria, and restaurants/gas/coffee shops etc.We were debating between a couple units in Langford and we are so happy with our choice!!!

I’ve been to the island many times but this was definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed. The host was very pleasant and responsive. The options for parking were nice. The suite was in a great location, very quiet, large, and finishes were well thought out. It was very nice to have a full kitchen and dishwasher. The sofa was comfortable, and the bed was as well. My only “downside” was the lack of options to put clothes away for longer stays. There was no dresser to unpack and only three hangers provided, so that was my only minor inconvenience while staying in the suite for a week.
