Heart of Waipu is a cozy two-bedroom retreat offering stunning views of Whangarei Heads, total privacy, and all the comforts for a stress-free escape.

Perfect for up to four guests, this peaceful hideaway features an outdoor patio for alfresco dining, an outdoor bath, and a fire pit (some wood supplied) for evenings under the stars.

Step inside and relax in the inviting living space, which flows effortlessly to the patio area. A dining table for four, Smart TV with Netflix, Freeview, free Wi-Fi, and cozy seating ensure you can unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchenette, equipped with an electric frypan, air fryer and rice cooker, makes meal prep easy, while the tidy bathroom ensures your comfort.

The retreat features two comfortable double beds in each bedroom plus an extra fold down double couch in the lounge accommodating up to four guests. The peaceful décor enhances the relaxing ambiance, while off-street parking and boat parking (up to 5m) add convenience.

With no neighbours in sight and a fully fenced section, you'll enjoy total seclusion. Pets are welcome but must be controlled due to stock on the property. For remote workers, a dedicated workspace is available.

Located near stunning beaches, scenic walking trails, and Waipu township, this holiday home is close to local cafes, shops, the famous McLeod's Pizza Barn & Brewery, and outdoor activities like swimming and hiking. The famous Waipu Caves are also nearby for nature lovers.

Our Home Runs on Sunshine! ☀️ We love being powered by the sun, but our "battery" has its limits. To help us keep the lights on through the night, we ask that you:
- Charge your devices while the sun is high.
- Power Down at Night: Try to avoid high-heat appliances (like hair dryers or kettles) after sunset.
- Lights Out: If you aren’t in the room, please flick the switch!

Please note that EV charging is not available at this property. However, there is a EV fast charger located in Waipu township.
