Commotion free zone

Serene setting on a lake. Paddle board and kayak to use on lake. Easy access to Blue River trail. Condo is nicely appointed and is equipped with needed utensils. Perfect location for our family to spend time together and enjoy hiking in the area.

This place was great! The property was excellent and well stocked. The kitchen had all of the pots/pans/utensils you could hope for, and all were in good shape. The views out the back were beautiful, and there were a couple directions we could go for walks. The room setup was perfect for 2 couples and 4 "kids". Each bedroom had an attached bathroom, so no need to coordinate shower schedules. This was also a very quiet neighborhood and building - no road noise, no sounds from neighbors. The location overall was great, about a 15 minute drive to Keystone and about a 30 minute drive to Breck. It was also really easy to drop into the north side of Silverthorne for a quick pizza/coffee/taco run. I also really appreciated the parking - we had one spot in the garage and one right in front, but there were 3-4 spaces right across the drive that were usable too. All in all, would go back during winter or summer.

Great, quiet location with easy access to stores and interstate. The patio was a lovely place to hang out facing the pond. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom was great. Here are some disappointments: no blender was provided in the kitchen (we borrowed one from a neighbor), no dishwasher detergent provided (had to go to store), hand towels in kitchen but no dish towels, no blankets downstairs to help ward off morning/evening chill, the upstairs floors and the stairs creak LOUDLY, and the toilet paper provided was very low quality. I would not stay here again.
