A Real Inner City Gem

Over the past 7 weeks, I’ve stayed in 4 B&Bs while waiting to move into my permanece residence - from Buckhead to Midtown to Kirkwood. Hands down this is the best - well maintained mixed housing neighborhood, a quiet, charming street. Easy access to big box and local retailers. Easy to get adjacent neighborhoods and highways. The hosts are accessible, prompt and committed to you having a great stay. The unit is well appointed. Cozy and comfortable.

Enjoyed the place very much. My cat George even more so.Loved being able to hide in the window sills behind nd the curtains.It is a small duplex and sound travels easily between the units. The tv is very hard to hear and unfortunately is not equiped with BT capability to listen through headphones. And if you are doing laundry at the same time as watching tv, you cannot hear even with it turned all the way up. I ended up just using my computer with a portable speaker. Which helped keep the sound away from the shared wall.We hated to have to leave but it will as booked after our visit so leave we must. It is conveniently located to lots of restaurants, and the quarky little five points neighborhood.All in all a great stay!

Great rental for the price. I had to come into Atlanta for several meetings. I came to town with my dog and thought VRBO would be a better option. Having lived in Atlanta for the last 10 years I didn’t expect much from the yard, but it was worse than I though my as it was full of trash - tires and such. Not sure if was the person staying in the other unit or the construction workers next door, but my dog wouldn’t even use the yard. Inside is really cute. Next time I come into town I would definitely stay here again. As I was only there to catch up with friends and meetings it was a great way to have my own space. Also Skiptown is so close for those of you visiting with dogs.
