This bright upper-floor studio includes:
- 1 King Bed
- Private ensuite bathroom
- Compact kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster
- Dining area and seating space
- TV, free Wi-Fi, heating & aircon
- Tea, coffee, milk, and essentials provided
A quiet, comfortable space with everything you need for a short Queenstown stay.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the studio, ensuite bathroom, as well as shared on-site services such as BBQ and coin operated washing machine and dryer.
Entry is via self check-in. When booked separately from the full apartment, the studio has its own secure entrance.
Free onsite parking is included.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled right on the lake in Frankton’s Marina Apartments, this studio offers direct access to the Queenstown Trail, nearby beaches, and waterside cafes. Queenstown town centre and the airport are both just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
- Queenstown Airport – 5 mins (dependent on traffic)
- Queenstown CBD – 10 mins (dependent on traffic)
- Bus stops and water taxi access nearby
- Free parking included on site

Maximum of 2 guests
At least one guest must be over the age of 25
No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
