The Space:
Alpine Village Lake Edge Apartment B has everything you need for the perfect holiday in Queenstown.
Location - Situated in the Alpine Village hamlet approx. 4km (6 min drive) from Queenstown CBD. There is a bus stop right outside the front gate, which stops every 15 mins. The apartment is approx. 3.5 km (5 min drive) from the airport. Centrally located it is approx. 30 min drive to the Remarkables Ski Area and Coronet Peak Ski Area.
Lake Edge – The apartment is walking distance to the beautiful Lake Wakatipu waterfront. Access the beautiful Frankton walking and cycle track from the property. A local’s favourite, this track takes you directly into town (approx. 3 km) or to the other side of Lake Wakatipu.
Luxury - New to the holiday market, the studio apartment offers a spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Step out onto your private balcony, pour a glass of wine and take in the breathtaking views of the Remarkables mountain range. Enjoy the modern and stylish interior and relax in the comfortable arm chairs or lay back and watch the 49” flat screen TV with Netflix.

Guest Access:
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. This may be flexible depending on bookings.
Getting Around:
You can catch a bus into town from the Battery Hill bus stop locate at the entrance of Alpine Village. The bus comes past every 15 minutes and it takes approx. 12 minutes to get into town.
Queenstown buses are called Orbus. You can go anywhere on the Queenstown network for just $2 with a Bee Card.
You can purchase a Bee Card online, or at the Otago Regional Council in Frankton (during business hours), or with cash on the bus.
The minimum top-up for Bee Cards is $5. Bee Cards can be topped up anywhere that they're sold. You can also top up online and set an auto top up.
There is a one-off cost of $5 to buy a Bee Card but once you have it you'll have ongoing access to the $2 fare.
Without the Bee Card, the cash fare is $4 for all ages, with the exception of travelling to or from Queenstown Airport, where the cash fare is $8 for a child and $10 for an adult.
