Just two hours from Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Knoxville, this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bath lakefront home offers the perfect escape for couples, families, or groups.
Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, open-concept living and dining, and a stunning 60-foot screened porch with panoramic lake views. Relax in the hot tub, grill on the deck, or unwind in front of the lakeside pavilion’s stone fireplace. The private dock is ready for your boat, jet ski, or use our four kayaks!

Two king bedrooms on the main level, each with porch access
A cozy living area with gas fireplace, 50" Smart TV, and high-speed fiber internet
A finished lower level with game room, bunk rooms, air hockey, arcade game, and more
Smart TVs in all bedrooms, central heat/AC, and ceiling fans throughout
Note: Lake Nottely is a reservoir—dock access varies seasonally. (Spring 2025: Dock is floating!) Exterior cameras monitor trash area, entry, and dock water levels.

What makes this property unique
This home is comfy for 2 people, but also great for a large family to spread out! Our 60ft screened porch is fantastic for year-round relaxing and views! We have an additonal grilling dining deck and a lakefront deck with covered area and fireplace, perfect for roasting marshmellows!
