Bright and cozy private cottage (CS0037)

Cozy cottage on the ocean side of route 6 located about 3 miles from the ocean beaches and a mile from the center of Wellfleet. 550 sq feet of open light filled space where you can relax and enjoy your Cape Cod getaway. Complete with AC for those warmer summer days. A private deck for morning coffee and a patio for afternoon relaxing after a day at the beach.

Enter the main area, soaring cathedral ceilings with skylights, open plan kitchen and living area, both bedrooms are surrounded by windows, sliding doors to the secluded private deck. Light everywhere! The cottage is situated on the marsh, and feels like it is miles from the hustle and bustle of the outer Cape, but is in fact close to everything. Enjoy the peaceful quiet, and all the summer fun the area offers. Close to ponds and ocean beaches, Provincetown a 20 minute drive away, the quaint town of Wellfleet only a short drive. Enjoy walks in the woods, bird-watching, long days on the beach, and return to this delightful quiet cozy cottage. (Please note the interior has been renovated, pics will be updated soon.)

This cottage is new to Robert Paul, so many weeks available and no reviews available yet. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes.
