Welcome to Little Haven, Coffin Bay. Positioned on the Esplanade, enjoy the ocean views while you relax and unwind in this newly renovated cottage.

Little Haven offers beach front accommodation, a stunning quiet Coffin Bay beach right across the road, and is perfect for families looking for a beach getaway.

Tastefully decorated with a brand new, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, and newly renovated throughout.

Upon entry is the dining/lounge with adjacent kitchen. The kitchen opens out to the privately fenced backyard, an entertainers delight. Complete with an undercover patio with BBQ and outdoor dining area, which looks over the large grassed landscaped yard. This back yard is perfect for families and relaxing at the end of an adventurous day. With an oudoor shower, it is the percect way to wash off your beachy day.

The open plan living and dining area has a smart TV and reverse cycle airconditioning.

Enjoy retiring to the front deck to view the magical sunsets across the ocean. Watch the Emu`s and kangaroos wander past as the sun sets in front of you.

- Second bedroom with built in bunks and a reverse cycle air conditioner
- Third bedroom with one single bed.

The separate laundry space has a second toilet and washing machine. Outside is a clothes line and outside shower.

Little Haven has easy access to all the town facilities. Directly in front is the Coffin Bay oyster walk, the property is close to the National park entrance and a short walk or drive to the yacht club, hotel and shops.

Little Haven is strictly no pets allowed.
