You'll enjoy your next vacation at this wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home centrally located a mile or less from beaches, dining and movies! This unique home includes African hardwood floors, new appliances, a private backyard and other amenities! A 65 inch TV, playstation and fireplace in living room with streaming services. A 55 inch TV in master bedroom with wall fireplace and large king bed with luxury Prana mattress. Very private heated salt water pool with fire table, and gas grill! This unique home includes bikes for a short ride to the beach, beach chairs and a cooler. Washer/Dryer. Fast reliable WiFi with office desk for those that may be traveling on business. Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a large 3rd bedroom which is great for kids. Plenty of driveway space to accommodate up to 4 cars. The back yard is fenced in which is great for privacy and dogs!

The thermostat is set between 72-74 to ensure optimal function of the AC unit year round.

We would love to host a well behaved furry member of your family! (Dogs only) 2 max., Please Inquire.
We do have a $50 per dog pet cleaning fee

The pool was a hit

My youngest daughter, her husband and two children (6 and 3) and I stsyed at this property. Easy to get checked in. The pool was so nice, warm no matter when we got in… couple of dsys it was 8:30z. The house is close to both Vanderbilt beach and Delano Wiggins State Park. Delano Wiggins was our favorite. This home is stocked with beach chairs and toweks.Plenty of rooms for bedtime. Laundry at home too. I would recommend this home!

Great vacation home

Our stay was great! The owner was always readily available if we ever encountered any problems or had any questions. The pool was heated and the fire pit was also very nice. The rooms were also very accommodating and spacious.

Incredibly easy check in, great pool, and very clean! Just across the highway from Mercato, which has great shopping, dining and night life. I'll definitely be renting it again!

Well-maintaned and in close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do

The property was very well-maintained and our host was communicative and in touch with us throughout our stay, to make sure everything was up to expectations. We enjoyed the pool, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and easily navigated whenever we ventured out, and the drive to visit area attractions and the beaches was very manageable. Great location

Great location, close to beach and shopping. The only complain would be the mattresses were too hard. Otherwise it was an amazing stay. Having a pool was also great. Communication with management was awesome, they respond very fast.

Home Comforts

Spent the weekend with the grandkids and chose this home for its Screened Pool. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming. Short drive to the beach. All the utensils needed to cook a family meal and share quality time together. Looking forward to returning.

Little Naples Gem

Our stay was lovely. The home is older but has great character .The private backyard pool is the best part. It’s really close to Mercado shopping and a 4 minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach Park! Very convenient. Adding a few wine glasses (poly carb so they don’t break and can be used outdoors) would be a nice enhancement. Overall a nice place to relax !

We do our best to provide a great home for guests to visit and enjoy their stay/vacation. Unfortunately, we occasionally have guests that are unreasonable like Valentina. She stayed at our home and left food all over the counter and sent a video with ants on the kitchen counter and food all over the counter and wanted to be refunded for her entire stay because of this. We informed her with an older home by the beach in FL leaving food on the counter will attract ants, but if food is cleared off of the counter it won't attract ants. We have several pots and pans for use that are in perfectly good condition. We were unable to provide an unreasonable refund for days this guest was already staying in the home, thus she provided a negative review. We're thankful for others who enjoys staying at our home and will continue providing a great home.

Not clean broken kitchen draws. Awful window treatments. Six knives spoons and forks. Supposed to sleep ten. Awful dishes. I could go on and on.

Per the description our home sleeps 6 not 10. We include an accurate description, as well as accurate pictures. Our home is older, but it is in good condition, with great amenities and a wonderful location. We have plenty of dishes and cutlery. Thankfully many enjoy their stay.

Great location

Pros- backyard oasis. Perfect size pool with screened in lanai and awesome propane fire pit. Stainless steel appliances - AWESOME FRIDGE. great location. Cons- dated bathrooms, tub would not stop up (couldn’t give the baby a bath). Low water pressure/ often no hot water. Exterior side door leading to outside in the “bunk room.” Not best for children. I still give this a 5 star bc for the price and location. I’d rent again.

That's for staying Leigh and leaving the house in great condition! I'm sorry I didn't know you needed the bathtub, I could have left the bathtub plug. In the second bathroom the water temperature adjust is inverse the hot is cold and the cold is hot. I didn't know you were having issues with the hot water, but I'm glad you enjoyed your stay!! Love / ok stay

Overall a 4 rating . Location awesome. Pool is fantastic. Beds are very comfortable. Large tv with all streaming services is a huge benefit. I was there for a long weekend with my father and son and since it was more of a “man cave” adventure .. house was perfect. Ok part of my wife joined us would be that the house is a mismatch of rooms. Upgrade some of the amenities , window treatments , 1980 toaster and plastic pool chairs . If the owner does those little things the house would be 5 star.

I I knew the location and amenities would make it a great vacation rental property for people and families to enjoy when they visit the area. In the 2 years I lived in the home I renovated it with the help of my team. I wanted it to have all the comforters of home, as well as touches of luxury for a pleasant experience that is indicative of the beautiful area.

What makes this property unique

This property is located in beautiful coastal Naples. It's a mile or less from beaches, tennis, fine dining, movies, shopping and grocery stores! This property has a great layout with a very private yard and pool/patio area. A nice cozy living room area and a dining room with a large window that offers privacy, but nice light and sky view for dinner during sunset.
