Boats N Oats: Great family getaway, wifi, gentle lot, kayak

Pet friendly. Dream of driving down a winding lane through a beautiful horse farm and seeing this cozy waterfront home with beautiful long water views! Only one other home in the neighborhood! This home offers 3 large bedrooms, an open floor plan and main level laundry. Warm up the chilly mornings by lighting the gas fireplace in the great room and get cozy in the family room with the gas stove and wet bar. Outside you'll enjoy a large deck across the whole back of the house and the gently sloping lot to the lake where the floating dock is beckoning you.
The back yard is perfect for all the kids to get out and play or for sunbathing. Its is very gentle and leads to a dock in a sheltered cove. There are kayaks for your group to enjoy the serenity in the peaceful cove.

Overall, good value for the money. Happened to run into owner outside as we checked in. He was checking in on the dock being built. Very friendly. The only thing was the dock was under construction and couldn't be utilized and we had to bring our own sheets. Other than that, great location, good value for the money, kitchen was stocked. Would come back again.
