Fantastic location, literally on the beach. Walking distance to a nice seafood restaurant (half mile away) close to grocery store (Publix one mile Whole Foods 3 miles) - lots within driving distance. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. WiFi worked very well. The host was very responsive to all my questions even though I sent them late in the evening.

Location is great

clean 1st floor apartment adjacent to the nice, heated pool. Walk off the back patio,and your'e on the beach. close to everything.

Property highly recommend

If you like beach location of 80 steps, clean, friendly people and quick Uber to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea or Pompano then this is for you. Highly recommend.

Great beach location

The studio was spotless and well stocked. Smooth checkin process and excellent communication with the host. It really is just steps from the beautiful beach so great location. Great value for a beach getaway. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool as weather a bit cool and cloudy but pool was clean and well maintained.

Great Couples Getaway

We have throughly enjoyed our time here. The beach is extremely close and easy to access. Pool is right outside the door. Beach chairs were provided we had plenty of towels. Well stocked apartment with comfortable bed and nice kitchenette. We would definitely return to this property. We enjoyed eating local food and visiting shops / pier while staying.

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time in this perfect studio. The location on the beach was just what we were looking for. We also enjoyed the large pool! Everything was well taken care of and exactly as pictured. Cristina was an attentive and gracious host. We hope to be back again!!

Beach Getaway

We had a fantastic time in this clean, bright studio! The pool is right outside the door and the beach is just a few steps further. Everything we needed from beach towels to kitchen scissors was provided.

Just What I Needed!

Cristina's place was just what I needed to relax! It was very quiet there which I loved. Beach was beautiful. Chairs and umbrella were provided which was wonderful. Publix was close by so I made full use of the kitchen. Her place has everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

Exceeded All Expectations

This apartment is top notch. Very clean and smelled great when we first arrived. It has everything you would need. The warm pool is just outside the door. This property is literally on the beach. We spent most our time on the sand with the chairs and umbrella available in the storage room. This stretch of beach is quiet. Restaurants and bars are at least 1/4 mile away, which suited us fine. We would definitely come back.

This apartment by the beach ⛱ is one of the of best places I've stayed loved ❤ it. Super clean ..

The apartment is beautiful coxy super clean. Location was perfect the beach steps away from my door. CRISTINA was always available when I needed to asked her any questions the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. I stayed 5nights and really enjoyed my time even though I was working online.. Nice and quiet. CRISTINA thank you 😊 I will be back and will highly recommend this place. Thank you again CRISTINA 💓

My new favorite beach getaway.

Super duper clean and comfy. Everything you would ever need in the room. Every kitchen utensil, or pan you need, and new appliances. Christina is a joy to work with, attentive and accommodating. Ground floor secure room, right by the pool, walk off the back of the property and your on a gorgeous beach. My new favorite stay in FLA. I'll be baaack!

Great getaway

This is a great property! Christina was great to work with! This is a studio, so it is smaller in size, but you should know that already if your booking a studio. Everything was as advertised. Very clean, opens right out to the pool, and the beach is just steps away! Great as far as amenities provided. Christina was very responsive to my questions and very accomodating. Would not hesitate to book again!

Perfect Week!

My fiancé and I enjoy traveling and have stayed at many different condos in the last few years. This has been one of our favorites. The condo was spotless, updated, and had so many extras that aren't even listed. It is one of the shortest walks to the beach you could get and the beach chairs included were amazing! We pretty much had the beach to ourselves most days and everyone we talked to was very nice and friendly. We cannot wait to come back and stay here! Don't even think twice about booking, it's worth it.

This property is in a great location. Easy to get to and driveable to many places to eat, shopping ect. My daughter slept on the bed and I slept on the futon, we were both comfortable. We did not use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything anyone could need. The musty smell in the shower was a lot but it helped to open the window when showering. We were unable to swim in the ocean while we were the because of the Man o war all over the beach. But the access to the beach is great. We did use the pool which is right outside the door. We would stay there again.

Great location and space for a couple

Overall, the property had everything that we needed for our short stay. It was clean and comfortable and the perfect size for a couple renting. The beach access was was wonderful. You need a car to drive to the restaurants and activities but this is also a positive as you are away from the busy area. Would highly recommend this property. Finally, the initial access was an issue with key safes and locks that were difficult to open. Only a minor point.
