Lots of storage, convenient kitchen , walk to beach (5-7 minutes)and town (15 min). Across street from visitors center. Conveniences for beach goers- umbrellas &chairs. Outside table and chairs great for hanging out, playing board games. Kitchen table has inconvenient leg placement ...tripped over it multiple times. No bathroom vent.

Perfect little spot by the Sea

This was the perfect space and location for a quick birthday visit to Ft. Lauderdale. It's a short walk to the beach, grocery stores, and nearby restaurants, plus a short drive to Miami.

Amazing, steps from the beach

Beautiful room with everything that I could need. The property manager was very sweet and easy to reach. Love the beautiful tile floors and the nice flow of the room. Can’t wait to go back!

Exceptionally clean in a great location.

Very clean comfortable place across the street from the beach. Within a short walking distance of restaurants and stores. We had one maintenance issue that was handled very quickly. I would stay there again.

Great little place near the beach

Clean and quiet place. Steps away from the area visitor center. And about a block from the beach. Turtle nesting grounds nearby. Walking distance to some restaurants. It was a fun little town to stay in.

Perfect location for us. Enjoyed our stay before heading out on a cruise. Only recommendation I would offer is room was a bit dark. Higher wattage light bulbs could be helpful. Great stay!

Loved our stay except that both nights had kids partying 2 rooms down from us. A little hard to sleep. But close to town and very clean.

Lauderdale by the sea.

Renting this property at 4145 was a pleasurable experience. Less than 1/2 mile walk to all the action. The kitchen had all the needed supplies. The beds were comfortable and their were chairs and beach chairs to take to the beach. I would go here again.

Lavender room review lauderdale by the sea

Property was a great location, and was exactly like it looked like online. Felt like it could have had more towels for the four nights we stayed and owners may want to update the place a little more. It was clean but dated. King bed would be more comfortable. The chairs and beach things were all thrown under the stairs and shared with all renters. Possibly updating these items and more organization would be nicer.

Nice and peaceful

The location is great. We enjoyed our stay. The keylock pad on the door did give us several issues trying to get into the room. I just think the batteries were running low. The fridge has a leak and does leak onto the floor. I just placed a towel at the bottom of the fridge so it would stop leaking. However, I really enjoy this location and will definitely recommend this place.
