This was my first time working with a third party through VRBO, and not the host/owner directly. I was asked to sign a separate agreement from the VRBO agreement, which I did not like. The terms and conditions in the second agreement were generic, and many did not apply to the unit we rented. Not the same smooth, trustworthy experience.
