Located on the edge of a scenic reserve and surrounded by nature there is nothing to block the view of the ocean and the sound of the crashing waves just 100 metres away. This is what holidays on Waiheke Island are all about!

The house is a large, open plan property with three bedrooms and one good sized family bathroom. The ground floor contains the living room, kitchen and twin-single bedroom which doubles as a useful office and work space.

The upper levels contain two good sized bedrooms, each with queen bed and the shared family bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the ground floor you will find a comfortable lounge area with smart TV that has built in apps allowing you to choose your preferred streaming service.

There is a spacious sun-room which is the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine and next to this is a dining area with stunning views over the ocean.

The large family kitchen with hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the pots and pans required to cook up a storm.

Outside the ground floor is a large deck with a family sized gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. This is a truly magnificent place for al fresco dining.

Just a few minutes walk from the house you will reach Oneroa village with its array of cafes, bars and boutique shops. A short drive away you will reach Mudbrick vineyard and public transport links for other areas of the island are close-by.
