Hi Jane, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the disturbance you experienced from the neighbours during your stay. While we, unfortunately, have no control over the behaviour of neighbouring residents, we completely understand how this may have impacted your experience and regret that it caused you discomfort. We do our very best to ensure all our guests enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you for staying with us. SmartStayWA Team
