This is a great location, it is located close to all amenities, the complex is beside a mall with a Publix, Bealls, Liquor store, Walgreens to name a few. It is close to 34th street with lots of stores including Walmart, Bealls, Publix and Aldi and a large variety of restaurants and take out locations. Fully furnished and equipped condo in an all ages complex with 2 pools (one heated) and a fitness room. Public transit is in front of the complex. It is in walking distance to Maximo Park with a beach, walking paths, bike trails, boat launch, fishing docks and frisbee golf. Across the road is access to the Pinellas bike trails. The Magnusson hotel is down the road with a great tiki bar overlooking the Gulf. It is in close proximity to St. Pete's Beach, Fort Desoto, golf courses, the interstate and downtown St. Petersburg. The master bedroom has an ensuite, walk-in closet and a walk-out to the lanai. The lanai is tiled with an exceptional tranquil view of palm trees. Available December 2024-May 2025
