This first floor fully-furnished apartment can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. This gorgeous unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This property is located just minutes from the Strip in a gated community with patrolled security on premises.
The modern kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and dining sets. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are provided. Electric range and microwave are available for cooking. A double sink and dishwasher are used to clean included cookware.
There are televisions in both bedrooms in addition to a 3D smart TV in the living room, all with premium cable access. Nest thermostat and an alarm system are provided. Free Wi-Fi internet access. In-line phone with free long-distance calls within the USA
Upgraded bathrooms are equipped with soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Towels, Kleenex and toilet tissue are provided. Vanity and oversized tub round out the renovated and light full bathroom.
Washer and dryer units are located in this unit's hallway. Bed linens are provided.
In the master bedroom, you will find a queen-sized bed, ceiling fans for additional comfort and a walk in closet.
In the second bedroom, there are 2 twin beds. This room also has a walk-in closet. There is an optional air mattress and sleeper sofa available for extra guests.
The pool, hot tub, and gym are located conveniently just steps from this property. 4 chairs are available on this unit's private patio. Security patrols this gated community 24/7. There is free parking available.
