Perfect 4th of July stay

We had a great time. It’s not fancy, but has everything you need and is perfectly located near the pier. We spent every morning and evening sitting on the front deck in their comfy patio furniture.

Fabulous location with a great view. We were there for a concert at Dillon Amphitheater and it was about a 3 minute walk to the venue...too short for a roadie. The bed we were in was comfortable and the porch was perfect for enjoying some apps prior to the show.

Great Short Stay

We rented this condo for a quick father / son ski weekend. It was perfect for what we needed and would have fit several more of us! The property was as described online! It's a great location if you are looking to ski different mountains-right in the middle of Copper, Abasin, Keystone, etc..... It is a bit dated and could use some updates but it was very clean and well kept! We would return! Lots of restaurants a super short drive away! Location is great!

Quiet, relaxing atmosphere in the midst of a lot of tourist activity in Dillo and surrounding towns.

We all agreed that it met our expectations. We did have to fix the double lower bunkbed ourselves, but the communication regarding the situation was good. The only other issue was the leaking shower heads in the two showers. We do this once a year, and we’re absolutely thrilled with how easy our checkout was. It was very reasonable to load and start the dishwasher and empty the trash, unlike what has been required of us in other places. We come from three different places to meet together, so it was nice not to have so much on us as we tried to takeoff and head home. Thanks for that!

Very poor check-in process

We were never sent check-in process email. Because of this, we spent hours trying to figure out how and who to call. Website horrible and not user-friendly at all. After 23 hours on the road, the last thing we needed was unessesary additional stress. Checkout time is too early at 10 a m. for family. Other than those 2 issues, we enjoyed our stay. The window off dining area needs repaired and sealed. DVD player cannot connect to TV. Bathroom sinks slow to drain. One toilet would not flush but we rapaired it with a paperclip. One toilet runs continuously. 3 or 4 skillets need replaced. We bought our own pans and baking sheet. Complimentary lotion in bathrooms would have been nice. Bunk beds average comfort. Master bed same. Bit too firm. Has great view. Love that condo on first floor. No sauna available as advertised that we could find. Peaceful and serene environment. Playground next to lake great for kids. Living room large and comfortable. Electrical plugs were full or in odd places. The condo is very dark and could use some brightening up. Adding a few photos.
