Great Apartment

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a well appointed kitchen to make meals. Less than a five minute walk to the metro made it very convenient to see Barcelona. Only negative was the fact that it was on the third floor which is difficult when travelling with large suitcases and no elevator. We managed but other not quite as fit guests wouldn’t. Overall enabled us to have a fantastic visit to beautiful Barcelona.

The good: Very nice host, comfortable bed, nice sized, well equiped kitchen area, 2 rooms with nice sized living room. 5 minute walk to Metro/Subway, store very close by. The not so good: Walls in the entrance have paint falling off, no elevator for this 3rd floor room (as stated in description) very narrow stair case. Very thin walls, we could hear the people next to or below us talking until 2 AM, very low water pressure in shower. Not a desireable location.

Idéal pour explorer Barcelone

Superbe appartement. Calme, très agréable, bien équipé. Lourdes est une hôte prévenant qui vous donnera tous les conseils dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour. 5 minutes à pied du métro qui vous amènera directement en plein centre de Barcelone. On recommande chaleureusement.

Good location and clean

We arrived later than anticipated and Lotfi was very accommodating. The location is very close to train and several small grocery stores. The neighbourhood is quiet at night. The apartment was clean and equipped with coffee, cold beer and condiments.

Joli petit appartement à l'étage

Joli petit appartement. Très bon accueil de l'hôte. A proximité du métro L1. Très pratique pour ce rendre dans l'hyper centre. Appartement situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur mais climatisé; Prévoir un rideau dans le salon car le voisin d'en face laisse la lumière allumée toutes les nuits. Attention aux pickpockets en fin de soirée, retour métro.

Très bien

Appartement super, proche du métro. Stationnement gratuit aux alentours. Accueil très sympathique et très bonne réactivité quand nous avons malencontreusement fermé la porte en laissant les clés à l'intérieur.
