Villas D’Amico is a family-owned collection of 3 newly renovated apartments just one block from the beach and located next to Wildwood Crest. We are now part of the Turtle Getaways premier vacation properties.

Spacious apartments include full kitchen, Queen Master Bedroom and a set of twin beds in second bedroom. Enjoy internet, AC and free street parking. Family friendly neighborhood with easy access to beach and boardwalk next to Wildwood Crest.

You are viewing Kiwi's Cottage which has a private porch with chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or evening people watching. Pets are welcome, please review our house rules for more details.

Seasonal and monthly rentals include bike and beach accessory storage.

The Space:
Patio and grill available for all guests to enjoy. We have added a washer/dryer in the common area for our guests to use during their stay.

Guest Access:
Our property manager, Denise, greets our guests to acquaint them with the property and parking. You will receive a door code for use during your stay.

Great property and location!

We had a great visit and loved this rental! The location was perfect right near the beach and boardwalk, the house was clean and just the right size for what we needed. Owner and manager were both great!! We hope to visit again in the future!

The Kiwi's cottage was ADORABLE, clean, and very affordable. Especially for being so close to the boardwalk! Denise was extremely friendly and responsive! We would absolutely stay here again! This was our 1.5 year old's first vacation and first time sleeping away from home, so we were very anxious about how he would do at night. The back bedroom with the fan running on the AC on low, and door closed for him worked out perfect! He slept great, and my husband and I were still able to stay up late and watch TV without waking him up!

Great property! Our second visit. Would definitely come again. One of cleanest places I’ve visited. Very friendly property manager and neighbors. Very welcoming. Appreciated that they had beach equipment even though we had brought our own.

Week long Wildwood vacation

It was a little small for 5 adults. I would recommend 4 adults max. There were neighbors that stay in the room right next to this one. They stay there for 7 weeks every year and made it clear that they are superior, so that was disappointing, but it didn't affect our vacation. Other than that, the location was great, the property was clean. We felt safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Pet friendly, which was amazing.

Very Cute!

Cute apartment and super nice people. Loved that it included linens and the snacks were a nice touch. We did not care for Wildwood but we had fun at our nearby family reunion in Stone Harbor. Our property manager was very responsive.

Perfect little house near to everything.

This house was just perfect, immaculate & comfortable, and a very short walk took you to the ocean and boardwalk. Everything necessary was provided to make your stay as stress free as possible. The front porch was heaven! We sat there every morning and evening and in-between when we could. And having a driveway to park in made it so easy to go out and know you had a place to park when you returned. This has to be one of the best places I've stayed at and would return without question.

Cute little place close to the boardwalk and beach

I’ve rented on VRBO a bunch and this place is great- seems like a newer property rental-wise as it lacked the “residue” of previous guests (salt and pepper, etc) but that was just fine for us. Perfect size for me and my two teens and doggo. Good strong WiFi, nice little welcome basket, easy parking, lovely little porch to sit and chat with neighbors or people watch. Just a short walk to beach and boardwalk. Great restaurants nearby for takeout and delivery. Grocery store 5min away. Not a lot of stuff for cooking if you plan to - but we didn’t plan to so didn't matter too much to me. Property manager super close but we didn’t need anything! We will definitely be back - clean, convenient and cozy!

Perfect family beach condo/cottage

Impressed right from the start. Property manager greeted us at the door and was very helpful and polite throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Very accommodating with beach toys, chairs, awnings and carts. Property was very clean, well furnished and decorated. Located very close to great restaurants, beach entrance and boardwalk entrance. All one block away. Highly recommend for a small family.

Can’t beat convenience

The location was great, both to the boardwalk and the great ice cream place less than 2 blocks away. The house suited our needs. It is basically a bungalow so would not select if more than 4 people. And it is on the older, vintage side of things. So no modern amenities. The property manager lives next door and was very pleasant.

We loved the house. It was just what we needed to relax at night. So many activities and beach in the area we weren’t at the house often. Safe location and walking distance to so many great places to eat, beach and Boardwalk!
