Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We love our Bears! Please make sure not to leave garbage out and place it in the Bear proof container at the bottom of the stairs.
Please gather use towels and place under the spiral stairs.
Please have a fun and safe trip back home! :)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, pets, or smoking allowed. No unregistered guests. Min renter age is 25 years old. Must follow posted hot tub/spa rules.
Gas fireplace is seasonal only (Nov-March). Full names of all guests required.

Cozy woodland retreat

Our family loved how close this was to the park entrance and also accessible to activities in Gatlinburg. Communication with host was great and everything we needed was provided. Very easy check-in and checkout process. Loved the bear themed rooms and comfortable beds. We saw lots of wildlife. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Smokies.

This property was magical! The location was PERFECT, sandwiched right in between the national park and downtown strip. My friends and I saw bears right outside the gate two out of the four nights we were here, it made our whole trip! There were ample amenities, and the host left a very nice welcome basket for our arrival. We would love to stay again, couldn’t recommend enough :)!

Well stocked kitchen, dining items. A lot of thoughtful extras were provided. Appliances worked well. Enjoyed the hot tub. Wifi good. We all slept well. Relaxing time in the cabin.

The cabin is tucked into the side of the mountain, away from the busy downtown area. It is very peaceful with. Creek running right beside it. It’s our favourite spot!
