Cozy little cottage with a great vibe! Perfect location to enjoy all of the local activities. Kids loved the downstairs gaming area. Parents loved the gorgeous views from the porch! Plenty of sleeping areas. We enjoyed our time and highly recommended!

This place is amazing! It’s clean and huge. All of the little touches (extra towels and fans in every room) made it the most perfect stay. Will come back for sure!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Patterson's Cabin. It has a beautiful setting and is nice and private. We enjoyed the rustic decor and all the different areas of the floorplan. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Distance to Eureka Springs, Railway Winery and restaurants was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

We took a long overdue vacation, and this cabin was the perfect place! It felt secluded, nestled among the beautiful trees, but was close enough to everything we wanted to do! This cabin had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable here! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Listing was described accurately. The location while not the only house on the property was very quiet and peaceful. Accommodations were very nice in the primary bedroom which is the only one we used. Kitchen was adequate for our stay. We enjoyed our stay there and will recommend to others as well.
The furnishings were very fitting for the location. Warm and cozy feel and very comfortable for our stay.

Overall, it was a great place. The only concern is the entering and existing the property development from highway could be a little wider since it is right before a blind curve when you exit to go into Eureeka Springs

First time to Arkansas
The “Homestead”cabin we rented for one month in Eureka Springs was ideal for our family, including our pup. It was comfortable and private. We loved the shuffle board! Coincidentally, we had the opportunity to meet the owners as they stayed nearby for a maintenance weekend. They could not have been more welcoming, ensured we had what we needed and provided us some additional hikes in the area. They also own the cabin (“The Workshop”)across the trail from the one we rented and they let us take a look inside. It was adorable and would be perfect for one couple. Our experience was seamless.
The house was nice and allowed our family to all have separate areas and privacy when needed. The property is secluded but not too far from town. Nice and quiet. However, I’d suggest packing insect repellent for chiggers and ticks! Lots of those critters on the trail and around the property! The property management was very cordial and responsive.

Hi Sandra, we would like to thank you for taking time out of your day to give us a review! We are so happy to hear that you had a great experience. We would love to host you in the future.
We selected this property because of its great location in the mountains, its description as having many amenities in a secluded cabin, and the fact that it was dog-friendly. It was all true. And we had a great time. Sadly, we were a little late for the best fall color, but then the best thing happened- - We got a light snowfall that covered everything in a beautiful white. We highly recommend this cabin.

Hey Gary, we are so glad to hear that we've met your expectations! And we're happy to hear about your experience! We truly appreciate the positive feedback and hope to have you back again soon!
We loved the location of the property, very quiet and off of the beaten path! The accommodations for the seven of us was perfect! We took two fur babies (dogs) that loved the area and the fenced porch was a plus! The Cabin was very comfortable with plenty of room and the storage space was more than expected. The drive around the Cabin was a added feature that allowed us to unload and reload the vehicle after a fun day of shopping with ease. Don't be disillusioned with the outside picture of the Cabin, it is very deceiving in a great way!

Way bigger than we needed but it was nice! It’s a good location for peace & quiet but a short drive to plenty of activities. Wifi did not work while we there & with the smart tvs- no wifi no tv but that wasn’t a huge deal as we wanted to unwind & enjoy the quiet.

It was a nice holiday getaway and we appreciated the lights on the outside of the home and the Christmas tree. The Fire was hard to start and to stay with the provided kindling. We also bought a fire starter and that didn’t even work. But we loved our stay, thank you!

We stayed here over a weekend to complete diving certification at Beaver Lake. The cabin is a fantastic location for that since the dam is close (about 10 minutes).
The cabin itself is very comfortable for two families to relax, eat, play games, and explore the woods a bit. Strong wifi made the teens and parents happy. The kitchen was decently stocked with cooking tools, but basics like pepper were running low. Coffee was provided which was welcome for our early morning starts.
Beds are very comfortable and the area is blissfully quiet. The weather was fantastic annd the front porch is a great place to hang out, read, relax.
All in all, a beautiful location for a very comfortable, pretty cabin.

We're thrilled to hear that you had such a fantastic stay and that the location was ideal for your diving certification at Beaver Lake. We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen supplies, and we'll make sure to restock those essentials like pepper to enhance the cooking experience for future guests. It's wonderful to know that the provided coffee helped kickstart your early mornings.
We're delighted that you found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility of the area. Thank you for choosing our cabin for your getaway, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you and your families again in the future.
We LOVED the house, absolutely stunning. The property was good, in need of a little yard work though to allow for better view of animals.
Two things I would suggest to improve:
1. Locate the carpenter bee nest as we got chased back inside daily.
2. Improve the road coming in. I get that it's listed as a bit rough but it's more than rough. We went 2 mph and still got thrown around. And with the steepness and turns, you need to go slow which caused us to slip a bit. Also clean up the driving path so plants don't brush up against the car.
Had I realized the drive-in to the cabin would have been like it was, I'd have brought our other car which is a bit smaller and a 4 WD.
Other than those two things, you won't be disappointed. We'll go back, but in a different auto.

Hi, Nena. We're thrilled you loved the house as much as we do! Thank you for your feedback regarding the pests and the driveway. We find that many vehicle types lacking 4WD are suitable for the drive, but we'll keep your recommendation in mind. We'd love to welcome you back soon
