You’ll love our place for its balance of tranquillity and convenience. Set on a main road but positioned behind three rows of established garden beds, the apartment enjoys a leafy outlook with a degree of separation from the street, though some traffic noise may still be heard at times.
The spacious, modern interior and expansive outdoor space make it a comfortable stay for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with young kids).
Our place is within walking distance to cafés, a library, a primary school, a tennis court, a specialty butcher and delicatessen, restaurants, and parks, with a short drive to the beautiful Lane Cove National Park. You’re also close to the world-class shopping and dining of Chatswood, the CBD, and Lane Cove village, while still being near nature.
A car is handy if you’re planning to explore widely, but public transport is very accessible—buses to Chatswood run along Mowbray Road just metres away, and city buses are about a 13-minute walk to Epping Road.

Be aware that ground floor property is situated fronting a busy main road . Also the adjoining apartment has a dog that barks on and off all day. There is no outdoor dining furniture although there is a large courtyard.

Thanks for your feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’d like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. The property is located on a main road, however it is set back behind three rows of garden beds which provide a degree of separation from the street. That said, some traffic noise may still be experienced at times, and we understand this may not suit everyone. We’ll also review how we communicate this in the listing moving forward. Regarding the neighbouring dog, we’re sorry if this caused any disturbance during your stay.
We’d also like to highlight that the courtyard is furnished with a brand new, modern 5-seater outdoor lounge and coffee table, which was in place and available for use during your stay.
Thanks again for your comments—they help us continue to improve the guest experience.
Very comfortable, excellent public transport, we would be happy to stay here again

About the host
Hosted by Stefanie Chow
Hi there,
We love adventure and exploring new places, whether we’re travelling abroad or discovering hidden gems close to home. My favourite getaways usually involve plenty of sunshine, scuba diving, and great food and drinks. The five things I can’t live without? Sleep, a hot shower, dancing, delicious food, and coffee!
Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy because our unique home has helped bring people together in meaningful ways. We’ve had the privilege of accommodating family reunions for neighbours’ relatives, which feels incredibly special—from welcoming newborns into the family to hosting grandparents so they can be close by and lend a helping hand.
We also often host guests visiting loved ones in the nearby independent living community, giving them a comfortable and convenient place to stay while spending quality time with elderly relatives. And of course, we love welcoming visitors to our wonderful city and helping them feel at home while they explore.
For us, hosting is about more than just providing a place to stay—it’s about creating a warm, welcoming space where connection, care, and memorable experiences can happen.
We’d love to make your stay as pleasant, homely, and comfortable as possible, so please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can help.
