This is a newly renovated to a high standard (APRIL 2025)Apartment in the heart of Sunshine Beach
1 min walk to the nearest beach access .



Modern kitchen and bathrooms with stone tops
The property offers a spacious open plan design over two levels with quality furnishing and fittings.
There is just 5 internal stairs to the bedroom level.
Reno finished APRIL 2025

There is a small balcony over looking the park area where you are able to sit and listen to the ocean.
50 inch flat screen tv with netflix and free wifi.

Sunshine beach is such a special village, we have a great surf club that was built 2019 which is a 5 min walk from the apt.
Lots os cafes, Restaurants places for coffee all within less than 5 min walk. Dog beach at the North end of Sunshine Beach.
Entrance to the National park so if you wish you are able to take the Tangle wood or Ocean track to Hasting street.
Noosa Junction is a 2 min Drive where there are loads of new wine bars and places to eat.
Coles ,doctors and dentist is in the Junction.
Famous Hasting Street is a 5 min Drive to explore all it has to offer and check out Main Beach.

Head to the style, ease and laid-back atmosphere that makes Sunshine Beach such a popular choice for visitors to Noosa. Once known as Golden Beach, Sunshine Beach is renowned for its sand, surf and the ambience of stylish boutiques, cafes and restaurants.

Join the local cafe society – find a spot on a wide deck for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any time in between. Call in at a bakery, deli or general store for fresh local produce or a snack.

Order a cool beer or a tall drink and settle into a comfy couch or perch on a stool at a beach bar where locals drop in on their way to the waves. Or if coffee is something you can`t do without, experience a espresso or what ever your favourite is.

Head to the beach and pack a picnic to enjoy at the foreshore. The wide, open coastline hosts a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session and the section in front of the Surf Club is patrolled year round.

After a cool dip in the ocean, try the Sunshine Beach Surf Club for spectacular ocean views as well as great eating and drinking at the award-winning restaurant.

Please note
Sunshine Beach is Part of Noosa National Park, we do a professional pest spray every 12 months to help with Cockroaches and ants, however we can not prevent them coming in sometimes .
There also may be insects and animals in the outdoor areas but this is very unusual.
The air conditioner units are fully services and cleaned every 12 months as is required to keep them clean and in full working order.
As we live in a tropical Area the weather/rain will not be a reason for a refund however most of the time the Sun is Shining.

`Uber is widely used in our area and we have free bus services in the school holidays. The 626 bus route, goes to Sunshine Beach, Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads (Hastings Street) & Noosa River. Airport buses drop and pick-up at the door.`

Use of Property

Guests must:
• Only use the premises for lawful short stay residential purposes.
• Not use decks, balconies, pools, or outdoor areas in a manner that impacts neighbours or the community.
• Immediately comply with requests from the Manager/Contact Person regarding behaviour or noise.

Visitor Limits

Guests must:
• Ensure the number of overnight occupants does not exceed the maximum permitted in the approval.
• Ensure day visitors do not create noise, parking, or amenity issues.
• Not host parties, events, or gatherings unless expressly permitted by approval.

Parking and Vehicles

Guests must:
• Park vehicles on-site and within designated parking areas where provided.
• Not block neighbouring driveways, footpaths, verges, or the street.
• Ensure vehicles do not cause nuisance, congestion, or access issues.

Waste and Rubbish

Guests must:
• Dispose of waste responsibly using the bins provided.
• Place bins out only on collection days and return them to the property promptly.
• Avoid littering or leaving rubbish outside bins in a manner that attracts wildlife.

Security and Safety

Guests must:
• Lock the premises when leaving and secure windows where appropriate.
• Safely use appliances, fires, BBQs, and equipment as supplied.

Manager/Contact Person

Guests must:
• Immediately comply with any reasonable direction from the approved contact person managing the property.
• Understand that breaches may result in termination of stay, removal from the property, and/or notification to Council.



Failure to adhere to this Code

Breaches of this Code may result in:
• Eviction from the premises
• Loss of bond
• Notification to Noosa Council
• Potential penalties under local law

Great place. Could have had more glasses, paper towels, tissues, and lower cleanup fees given that we had to take out bins, wash/dry/ put away dishes, put away towels. Else, a lovely place
