This was a nice quiet pet friendly place to stay. It is super close to the Government House gardens which was so nice to be able to walk to.Close to downtown and cook street village too.

The place was not in a clean state ready for guests. The beds were not made. There was mold in the coffee machine. Kitchen cabinet hinges loose. Not stocked with enough supplies. Didn’t smell good. The entrance is very dirty and the stairs down to the unit are steep, so, be mindful if you have mobility challenges. The host was not responding for hours during check in. He did order the supplies we needed off amazon, but then he was very rude and his some of his requests were unreasonable. There was no property instructions. If we didn’t HAVE to be in Victoria, and if the area wasn’t fully booked, we would have cancelled and left.
