Minimum stay for 2 days please. No 1 night stay, since the cost of Management fees will be more than 1 night stay charges.

This rustic chalet is in a perfect location for Bachelorette/Bachelor parties, University/College students, Girls Weekends, Guys Weekends and Birthday Parties looking for BASIC accommodations. This unit is attached to other party style cottages and is NOT family friendly, NO kids, NO pets. We do not have baby cribs.

This chalet is a 15 minute walk to the Village at Blue Mountain or a 2 minute drive to the main parking lots.

This is not the Ritz Carlton. If your picky, particular, a complainer or expect something fancy PLEASE DO NOT rent from me!! This is a rustic cottage not a hotel.
Maximum capacity approved by City of Blue Mountain is 14.

My area of Tyrolean Lane is all rental chalets and has been "the" destination for large groups since the 1970's making for a fun, lively atmosphere.

This 3 story, TOWNHOUSE chalet is a CENTER unit (that means attached to other chalets) and approximately 1,800 square feet in size. "Happy Daze" is on one side and "Margaritaville" is on the other side. This is an older building with character not brand new!

There is a PRIVATE NOT shared hot tub with gazebo in the front of this cottage that is used all year. A private firepit in a shared back yard in located in the back.

This is a Swiss style cottage so the second floor is all open concept with a large kitchen and dining room (huge table) where your group can sit down together to enjoy dinner. There is also a balcony just off the dining area with a large Natural gas BBQ. NO Need to bring Propane Gas Cylinders.

The adjoining living room features a decorative fireplace, smart TV with Shaw satellite and Rogers wireless internet.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms with two double sized bunk beds. There are also (2) three piece bathrooms with showers on the main level.

Downstairs there is a large rec room with ping pong, foosball, and a double sized pull out couch or a Sofa available.

There are also 3 bedrooms with double sized bunk beds in two rooms and a double bed in one room.

All bedrooms are small cottage style bedrooms with beds, dresser and/or closet. These bedrooms are perfect for short stays. No master bedrooms or ensuites!

This cottage is very basic, nothing fancy.

What IS included;

- Pillows with covers, mattress protector, comforters with covers.
**SHEETS and BATH TOWELS are NOT provided but can be rented from a linen company ( I can make the arrangements). This sounds weird if your used to hotels or renting condos but is pretty much standard for large cottages at Blue. Most groups bring sheets/sleeping bags to keep it simple. If you wish to rent towels and bed sheets, costs $30 per set, you will need max 8 sets , total additional cost will be $240

- Parking is available for a max of 5-6 vehicles, 2 cars can be parked in the front and 3 to 4 cars on the side of the building in front of the shed.

- basic set of pots/pans, cutlery, plates and dishes

- coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, two fridges

- starter package of 6 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels

- iron, ironing board, hair dryer

Whats NOT included;
- There is no washer or dryer

- There is no dishwasher. Dishes are washed by hand or most groups bring paper plates

Important Info;

- Must be 19 years old to book a chalet and MUST be present during the stay.

- Absolutely NO pets - Absolutely No Smoking inside the Premises.

* Outdoor noise must be reasonable after 11pm. Groups can be fined and evicted if noise complaints are received* City of Blue Mountain has very strict Noise Guidelines, No Loud Noises any time, Hot Tubs can be used from 7 am till 11 pm only, Security and City Inspectors may drop by time to time to check and may ask you to go inside after 11pm, or reduce the noise, they may also fine you with $650 if there is too loud noise or use of Hot Tub after 11 pm.

Guest access
Guest have access to the chalet, private hot tub area and fire pit in the back yard, also Picnic Tables for guests exclusive use.
Other things to note
- There are three chalets at this location attached together. This is the center chalet.

- I typically host party groups this cottage is not family friendly

- All bedrooms are small cottage style bedrooms with beds, dresser and/or closet.
