We are 4 family's total of 16 adults. Everything is good, clean and properly setup Kitchen and beads. Only one issue is double bunk beds are not suitable for adults.
My friends and I had a great stay at this chalet! We came to Blue Mountain for a ski trip and the chalet was a short walk from the village, which was very convenient. Communicating with the host was very easy, and they were very accommodating with our requests. The highlight of the property was the hot tub, which was great! We just noticed there was no lights around the hot tub, so that was a bit of a challenge, but apart from that everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place for a group of friends or family. ;)
This is a great location and place to gather for friends on a weekend. It has a lovely warm living-room space. It does have a dorm feel and not the home chalet feeling we were going for as a family (grandparents, parents, grandkids). It wasn’t a cheap place and we felt it had a lack of creature comforts. No lamps, chairs, kitchen utensils were low quality & bedding isn’t very nice, bring your own pillow!
Overall we think this would be a great place for a bunch of 20 somethings for a bachelor party/ski weekend but not for a family.
The staff is very nice and responsive so that’s a bonus!
Pros:1. Snezhana was very pleasant and kind to deal with.2. The property was as advertised. A bit bare bones with some kitchen items, but overall fine. 3. The private beach is shared but was good. We picked a time and day where there were there were a few other groups, but it was fun and we had no issues. Cons:1. One issue, is that the top floor gets very hot in the summer regardless of the air conditioning, fan, door, or the blinds. Also there's only blinds on one side of the floor. The AC works well on the bedroom floors, but the top floors it doesn't circulate properly and it gets quite hot through the day. 2. Jacuzzi was good but it was so powerful it left marks on some of our guests. Not sure if that was a setting issue. Was quite noticeable but not painful. 3. The only major issue was the noise bylaw issue and I believe the way it was enforced was incredibly heavy handed. I put that more on the security than Snezhana but despite forewarning it was very excessive. They called out a group beside us, who we felt were not being that loud, and then security claimed we were 'ganging up on the them' and threatened to write us up despite not being loud in their own words. While they weren't rude, the way they dealt with the situation felt unnecessary. I'm not sure if it's a mandate from someone to have no tolerance at all, but it definitely had an effect on our experience. Overall 4/5.

The photos didn't match the chalet, horrible cleanliness of the place, air conditioner wouldn't cool
For a first time renting a chalet my family and I are terribly disappointed in the condition of the chalet, again the cleanliness was horrible! The maintenance lady was rude on 2 occasions. The air conditioning unit didn't cool any more than 78!! So if you're expecting to pay 4000 for 3 nights and clean your fridge and not have good air dirty carpets and dump the dehumidifier 3 times a day because it doesn't drain properly and look at your neighbors beside you as neither one of you have side curtains, this is the chalet for you.
The house was spotless, very well set up and could walk to the village with 15min.
Host was super friendly, welcoming and responsive to any small questions that I had during our stay. Highly recommended for small or large groups.
I booked this place for my sister's bachelorette weekend away and it was perfect! Nice size - especially the long dining table, and fun features like the ping pong table, hot tub and sauna. The private beach was a short drive away, with a beautiful view of the mountain and cute, colourful muskoka chairs available to use for all guests. The host was responsive and very informative and helpful ahead of time - making check-in a breeze. I'd definitely recommend this chalet for larger groups looking for a fun getaway!

Did not meet expectations
Although the location and communication was good, the cleanliness of the chalet was questionable. The fridges/freezers were not cleaned, and overall did not feel clean. Was definitely a party location, and I would not go here again with kids.
This was an amazing chalet. Lots of space, very clean and so close to the village!

Not quite what expected
It's hard to answer the question did I enjoy my stay. I absolutely enjoyed my stay because of the company I was with. I was disappointed with the accommodations. For the amount paid I did expect more. The chalets were not clean, to my standards, upon check in. The kitchen had crumbs everywhere and the dining room table, floor and benches as crumbs and food! There was a musty smell in the basement that was terrible. We had to plug Scentsy burners in to mask the smell. The grass in the backyard was too long for us to enjoy it, so we spent our time in the driveway! At one point there was an employee, who identified herself as head of house keeping came on the property because we had a floatie on the grass. She told me it it needed to be moved as they were trying to grow grass, we moved it. When I expressed my disappointment with the grass I was told it was my fault, she advised me I should have called front desk. I did not think this responsibility would fall on the renter but apparently it does at this resort. The beach was a bit further than I was lead to believe! We were also super disappointed with the shape of the hot tubs, one had a fair amount of dirt in it and the other turned the water a cream colour when the jets were turned on. When we left I was sure to clean it and it was definitely left in better shape than we found it. As I said we had a good time because we made it a good time. For the price point I was disappointed with the chalet. When I spoke with the host before the trip she was lovely. She was very friendly and easy to speak with.
Overall great experience! There was more than enough room for our large group to sleep and spend time together. The management group was easy to communicate with and would check in throughout the weekend to make sure we were not having any issues. The location is definitely walking distance from the Village and the view from any of the outdoor decks is picturesque. I would definitely come back… especially in the winter.
Overall, good. Location is absolutely everything. Safe neighbourhood. Private beach was great. Property management, communication, check in and out process overall were smooth and easy. Appliances and some parts of the chalet can definitely be upgraded. Airconditioning system can also be better.
Spacious Accommodations, Good Location & Great Private Beach
Pros: Ample space for large groups, great kitchen & living area, 61/2 bathrooms was a luxury, private beach on Georgian Bay was the best part (mature trees provide shade, picnic tables, chairs & propane Bar-B-Q grills available for use). Property manager was very accommodating.
Cons: A/C struggled on humid days, mostly single beds & could have used an ice cream scoop. Overall, this place was great & we would definitely rent again!
The chalet was great! Very clean and spacious. It’s great for large groups. Their private beach was also a great place to head to for those hot summer days! Communication was always quick and efficient. Thank you for a great stay Snezhana!

Thank you for booking with us and thank you for being such a great guest! I am glad you enjoyed your stay and you are always welcome back!
We had a wonderful trip. Snezhana, the property manager, was very accessible and responsive. Like other reviews stated, we got a different, albeit very similar, unit than what was pictured. Everything was in working order, the kitchen was very well appointed, the amenities were very practical and overall very comfortable. Our front window had a great view of the slopes at Blue Mountain. We would absolutely stay here again.
