The house was roomy, comfortable and in a quiet location. It was very convenient for us as it was close to family we were visiting. It was also close to the centre of Mackay. It is an old (updated) Queenslander so you have to climb up stairs to the front door (for those with mobility issues this would be a problem). Access via the lockbox was easy and all the information we needed was provided well ahead of our check-in.
