Listen to the Ocean, Slade Point Courtyard Unit

Summary:

Hear the ocean from your own courtyard in this two bedroom unit at Slade Point, one street back from the beach. The courtyard is the reason to book it. Sit out with a coffee in the morning with the surf in the background, and on some evenings you will catch the live music drifting over from the Seabreeze Hotel across the road. It does not carry inside, so it will not keep anyone awake. Two queen beds, all on one level, with a covered carport for one car plus free street parking, a fully equipped kitchen and an oversized living area air conditioner that cools the whole unit.



The Space:

Wi-fi and a smart TV are provided so you can stream your own favourite channels.

There is a carport for your use. Please note there is parking for 1 vehicle in the carport only, other than that there is plenty of street parking.

For your safety and peace of mind, we have a Minut Noise Monitor in the living area and a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door. These features help ensure a secure and comfortable stay while respecting your privacy.



Guest Access:

The unit is for your private use only. There is a shared laundry at the other end with a separate washing machine just for you.



The Neighborhood:

This is a friendly neighbourhood and you will find lots of families enjoying the beach and the local hotel.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop on the esplanade which will take you to town or Mt Pleasant Shopping Centre should you require it.



Other Things to Note:

The smart TVs are connected to the internet, so you can sign into your own streaming accounts and watch your own shows. Please note that free-to-air reception at this property is unreliable and some channels may not be available during your stay. This does not affect the smart TV or streaming.



On some evenings you may hear live music from the Seabreeze Hotel across the road while you are outside in the courtyard. This unit's courtyard catches it more than our others. It is not audible inside the unit with the doors closed.
