Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum.
• The cabin features paved roads all the way and is very flat to get to, being in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge. Without inclement weather, any car should be fine, but we always recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the Smoky Mountains.
• Gas fireplace is seasonal and typically operates from October through March, depending on the weather.
• Keurig coffee maker provided—bring your own grounds or K-Cups (machine takes both).
• Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided.
• You cannot beat this location. You are in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge and on the river! There are lots of attractions around, including go-karts across the river and through the woods. You may hear them from time to time while outside on the deck.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

My husband and I came for 3 nights to celebrate my “50th” Birthday. It is right off the main strip in pigeon forge. Walking distance to two restaurants and a few little shops. The house was just right for us! We would definitely go back to this location.
The cabin is just like the pictures…very cute and very clean and an easy walk to lots of restaurants, shops, distilleries, etc. it was the perfect amount of space for us (family of 3). The beds were comfy and it was quiet at night. Would definitely stay again!
We love this cabin for its location. Walking distance to many things and short drive to others. I love the hot tub and the quiet at night. Very relaxing. Will definitely stay again as this was our second time.

This place was amazing! It felt like hone away from home the minute we walked in. The cabin is small and cozy but plenty of space and the whole floor plan is perfect! We were steps away from the Old Mill Restaurant and the Old Mills shopping square. I read other reveiws about road noise, but we did not have that problem the whole week we stayed. (And the main strip was very busy) The beds were so comfortable and the full size/fully stocked kitchen helped us save a little money by eating at the house some. The hot tub over looking the river was so relaxing! This place is everything you need so, look no further!
Beautiful, clean place that's very close to the trolly system, the Old Mill area shops and restaurant. Being able to see the Dollywood fireworks from the front porch every evening was a great surprise that we thoroughly enjoyed. Had a wonderful stay!
My wife and I enjoyed our 3 day/2 night stay. Walking distance to all things on south end and easy access to the Holiday lights trail.

Perfect size, privacy with walkability to almost anything you could want. Maintenance guy was out immediately to a very minor issue and extremely kind! Will definitely be staying here again!
Great location. An easy walk to shopping and eating at the Old Mill area. Short 5 minute ride and you can be in Dollywood. Would highly recommended this cottage!
