Treat yourself to a relaxing health and wellness stay with facilities including pool with water bike, spa, full spectrum red light sauna and indoor/outdoor space to recover, unwind and decompress. Great for everyone from recovering athletes to seniors on the mend. You may book one room for up to 2 guests, and a second room with private bath is available for an additional room fee for up to 2 more guests.
Our property is quiet and located near walking paths in the area, great for walks, runs and simply being outdoors but with the amenities of suburban Wollongong and Shellharbour.
Take a drive to Jarvis Bay, Greenwell Point for fresh oysters, the South Coast and Southern Tablelands, all within short drives and worth the visit. Healthy breakfast items are on the menu along with a complimentary bottle of wine in the loft area by the rooms.
You can take advantage of the covered deck barbecue and weather permitting, dine outdoors. The area has plenty of restaurant opportunities within a short drive for lunch or dinner with a wide array of Australian and international cuisines.
Nearby outdoor activities include the Illawarra Fly Walk (treetop adventure), Minnamurra Rain Forest, numerous beaches, Fitzroy Falls, Jamberoo Water Park and more.
Or you can just stay in and relax in a quiet place and book a massage with an outside provider who will come to the property.
We love our health and wellness facilities and the great location relative to many attractions. We know you will, too. Check out the pictures to see some of what is on offer. Spa towels and robes are available upon request.
Each room has a queen bed and built-in wardrobe, one room has a TV set up for streaming entertainment and a large TV is in the dedicated lounge room with a full array of entertainment. Air conditioning is in the lounge room and each room has a ceiling fan. The lounge room opens to a first-floor deck, perfect for morning coffee or tea or that relaxing glass of wine.

Use of Health and Wellness Equipment
There is a minimum 1-night stay and room discounts for weekly or monthly stays. The use of all health and wellness equipment is subject to a fee of an additional $100 for two nights and $50 per each night after 2 nights. These fees apply per room booked and will be paid directly to the property upon check in. Guests are encouraged to inform the property of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure Mojo our dog is outside and the internal laundry door to the house is closed and locked including all doors and windows. Ensure keys are always in the lockbox.
Kindly wash up any dishes and take out the trash. Bins are located at the side of the house.
Please ensure all water taps and lights are off. Both of the front doors are to be locked and any side gates closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Show ID on check-in.. Any issues with the home the host must be notified first and provided pics to rectify the issue before posting a review.
The guests are aware it is a share house but they have their own private space. We have a Groodle on site and no one other than the guest are allowed.
We do provide a continental breakfast and some items for e.g. Peanut Butter in a large jar has been used by other guests. Lids must be tightly sealed.

Great get away from Sydney with a mate,wesley was a great host,mojo was an absolute gem,we totally enjoyed our stay. Had some dinner down at the local was nice ,everyone was very friendly. Mr Minns left soiled panty's in the room and left a scribbled note on my kitchen bench regarding my dog not getting along with his dog. However he sent me a text the prior day saying how well they got along. Also, Phil, tried to claim my kitchen had grease but when he knew I had taken pictures he decided just to do a score base review as I had proof to debunk this. Phil never cleaned up after his dog or himself and his behaviour is dishonest. This score is not a genuine reflection of our place and is likely a competitor. We take on and welcome honest criticism but this was a pre-meditated attack done in bad faith.

Great homestay by Wes and his lovely wife. Spacious and clean. Very nice facilities spa and sauna. Pool was much welcomed by my kids. Breakfast included. Everything you need to chill out without leaving. Bed in guest room was a lot firmer then what we use to. Felt very welcomed and great conversations had by our initiation. Defs stay again but without the kids.

The hosts were ok but I feel like in the description they should include that you are staying with the whole family. We didn’t realise this until we arrived at the house and felt very uncomfortable. Because we’re staying with the family we’re restricted on what time we could do certain things and didn’t feel comfortable staying in the home anymore. We had to cut our stay short and left the next day after check in. One of the host said we’re fine to leave and that we could come back because we already paid to use the pool ect. but literally 5 minutes after we left he said he went into our room and couldn’t find out bags so that means we’ve officially checked out. We never told him our plan to take all of our stuff so I think going into our room was completely inappropriate and a violation of our privacy. Just the thought of what if we left all our bags there and he looked in them keeps running in my mind. This is a lovely place to stay if you enjoy staying with people but definitely not for people who enjoy their alone time.

We advertise as a shared house. No where would you get a 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 2 lounge rooms with spa, pool and sauna on a acre of land. near the water with all the attributes you said you loved. You spoke to my husband before arriving several times. You paid less than 200 dollars for your private area space that is very generous,, and, is basically the entire upstairs. There is only 3 of us and my son was out. You then wanted to bring guests into the house who have not booked and against-not only house rule but the platform itself. We said you can have 4 visitors stay til 10.00 pm but they could not sleep over. You kept changing your plans from wanting to cook to how many people you wish to entertain to wanting to use the pool. You knew very well once you leave and take your luggage you have checked out and we told you if you check out we are not insured for you to come back and use our Wellness Facilities. The entire booking was strange. You said you are a Youth Leader for Hillsong and down for the event but the West Sydney Campus could not see you on their registry. To be honest we thought you were casing the place because you know 200 dollars would not suffice to stay in a 2 million dollar property. Your calls and messages factually support you knew it was shared. So what are your true intentions. Very unsettling booking from a safety perspective and therefore I cannot recommend you to future hosts.. Sorry! but a hostel is more aligned to your affordability…
