If that is your expectation then it is probably not for you. Everyone's standards are different. Some people love it, some people don't. You can be assured that It is very liveable, as it has been lived in for decades. It is in a great location, only a couple of minutes' walk to the beach, as well as to a string of restaurants, a supermarket and a shopping strip. The apartment's lack of the Hilton Hotel standard is consequently reflected in its price. With the beach, cafes, restaurants, transport, and attractions all nearby it would suit budget-seeking travellers or families or anyone seeking an affordable stay for a larger group in what is very much a prime location.
