This place was exactly what we needed- peaceful, well kept,and located in a prime spot. The neighborhood was quiet, which made for a relaxing and restful experience. Djeson is a great host. Responsive and diligent. We stayed for a week and at the beginning of our stay we notice a wasp nest on the entrance to our unit. He immediately got to work to get rid of it. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean. And it was spacious enough for the 4 of us. There are a few things worth mentioning about the place. It’s on the second level but you can still hear everything from the unit below including a child that cried every morning at 7 am. I am up early anyway but it disturbed the rest of my family. The place is bare bones, it could use a little more attention to detail. The kitchen isn’t really stocked; one pot and one pan, not even glasses just 3 coffee mugs, and only two bowls. If you plan on cooking and/or eating meals there it might be a bit difficult. There were only 3 bath towels, for a place that can host 6 guests. Some of the blinds were broken. Little things that still need paid attention to. One of the bedrooms does not have an AC unit but between the unit in the other bedroom and the one in the living room it was enough to cool the place but had to sleep with the door open to get the cool air there. There is a balcony which is nice but not even one chair there to be able to enjoy it. We appreciate Djeson for being so responsive.
