Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this space is ideal for couples, small families, or close friends looking for a peaceful retreat.

Bedroom 1: Features a spacious wardrobe for hanging clothes, a bedside lamp, a cosy queen bed with full linen provided, and a comfy chair perfect for relaxing with a book.

Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, with a bedside lamp for added convenience.

Kitchen: Equipped with coffee, tea, and sugar, a coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, benchtop hotplate, and an air fryer for your convenience.

Outdoor Area: Enjoy seating in the garden with access to a communal pool, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Linen is provided

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

The garden was very nice and pleasant to sit outside, inside the unit was very nice and well maintained,but I was not happy with the dust under the beds,v/blinds and air conditioning filter and fan in b/bathroom was thick with dust. Not good for my asthma!!! I had to clean them, had plenty of cleaning ads to do the job!

Great location, snug unit with everything you need for a stay except the bed linen and towels that were mentioned in the ad. We would have brought our own if we had known they weren't provided. We also found the exterior lights shining in the unit all night too bright. Otherwise great little unit.
