When you enter this top-floor Windswept Villa, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light. The living area features a sofa and sitting area with a stunning view of the ocean. Custom built-ins are showcased next to the flat screen television. Just beyond the living area is the covered oceanfront deck. The deck offers two chairs and a small loveseat where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening beverage with an ocean breeze. The updated kitchen boasts trendy sage cabinetry as well as stainless steel appliances. A dining area with seating for four is located in between the living area and kitchen.

Off the living room, you will find the primary bedroom. With a king-size bed, this bedroom also offers tall ceilings and ocean views, which allows for a beautiful amount of natural light. The attached bathroom highlights a walk-in shower and an updated vanity. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and also features a small flat-screen television, plus an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
