Beautiful Sea Colony Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully renovated condo was well equipped and very clean with comfortable beds. The large screened in porch has a beautiful view and has plenty of seating. Would rent this unit again. It was very easy to rent from Wilgus and their office location is convenient. The drive thru window is extremely convenient for picking up the keys for our rental!

Fantastic property with a great view of the pond. This is the nicest property I’ve stayed in since renting in Sea Colony over 20 years. It’s nice to see a renovated, clean property with comfortable furnishings and fully stocked kitchen.

The place was beautiful. It felt like it had never been stayed in—brand new. The decor was lovely with all of the things you could need at the beach, including beautiful new beach cruisers. My son was thrilled.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beyond excellent. Extremely clean. Great location overlooking lake and a short walk to the Splash Pad/Pool. Tram stop #24 very close. Furnishings are in excellent condition. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on porch as well as a drink after a day on the beach. Wilgus was very good with communicating with us. Have to say this condo is in the top 3 of having rented in Sea Colony for 11 years.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our favorite Sea Colony rental yet! The location is peaceful but still close to everything, and we loved looking out at the lake. The house was very clean and nicely updated, and the kitchen was stocked better than any rental we’ve stayed in. The beds were all really comfortable, which isn’t always the case with vacation rentals. We had a great week and are already looking forward to staying here again.
