With a king sized bed facing the best view in the house, you can watch and listen to the sound of the waves falling asleep at night. Enjoy a kitchenette with all you need to cook (including a full size refrigerator and cooktop!)

THE PROPERTY
Our family-friendly resort provides the following on-site amenities:
- Direct beach access; - 24/7 Front desk, - Heated swimming pool; - Poolside Tiki Bar offering drinks and small meals, varying hours and availability not guaranteed. - Gas BBQ grills on the beach - Beach Loungers, Umbrellas and other beach equipment are available for rental - Volleyball Net - Boat Launch Ramp available - Free parking for 1 car - Washers/ Dryers for community use! -Any shared amenities and unforeseen circumstances impacting their availability will not be eligible for refunds.
HOUSE RULES:
*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 4 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 4 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.
*This home is not pet friendly, any undisclosed pets on the property will incur a $300 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning charges. We do ask that service animals are disclosed and emotional support animals need to have valid documentation prior to the start of stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella that we put to good use. The view of the bay from our balcony was fantastic. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect little getaway spot for a couple. Condo was clean, had plenty of amenities, and was in a very nice and quiet location. Beach was steps away with access to a small pool and tiki bar on property. Very pleased with the property and will stay again.

Small but Beautiful
The accommodations were smaller than they look online to me. But besides that, it was very quaint, comfortable and clean. The best part about the place was being able to open the sliding glass doors and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Very relaxing. Would definitely book again!
I was looking for a beach/oceanfront view to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary. I found this place on Vrbo. I was nervous as I was looking for a place the next day…meaning I was only allowing a 24 hour notice to rent a condo for three nights starting on 11/09/2025. My wife had no idea of my plans. When I hit the “submit” button, I received a reply almost immediately. The host, Nicole, was super nice and friendly. All my communication with her from then on was a solid 10. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail. When we walked into the room, my wife started crying due to the absolutely stunning view of the ocean. She said she was never leaving our condo. Neither of us could believe how close we were to the beach. We opened up the sliders and sat out on the deck watching the beautiful sunset, which was straight out in front of us. You could also look north and south along the shoreline with no obstructions. It was so beautiful that we rarely left our room during our visit. When we did leave, everything was within walking distance of our room. That would include restaurants, shops, bars, etc. In fact, we never moved our car until it was time to leave. We had a prime covered parking spot in the garage that goes with this unit. No worries about door dings! The host checked on us several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. We will definitely consider this unit on our next visit. Thank you!
