Our stay

Very pleased with our Southampton vacation. The house worked well for our needs. We had a chef one night for group plus several guests; it was a big hit. My kids made good use of the tennis court and my dogs enjoyed running around on the expansive property as well as its proximity to the dog park. An enjoyable week.

Honestly, from a value perspective, I had a group of 10 people that showed up with me and we couldnt have asked for anything else everything you could possibly need was provided and at a pristine level by the way. The space was way bigger and nicer than I even expected and I never give reviews, but I felt an obligation to. The location, the home the space the environment I couldnt have asked for more. Everyone was so happy tons of great restaurants within 2 miles away more privacy than you can imagine. Ill definitely be back if youre looking for something near the Hamptons I highly recommend locking this place in for yourself. Thank me later.

The place had mostly everything you could need. A few items worth adding to make the stay more home like. Add more blankets available for nights to stay home and use the space. It was chilly and a little sparsely decorated. Also there could be more linens and towels available for a large group this house can accommodate. Additionally it would have been nice to have a good sound system downstairs as well . Finally add some games and cards to use for family time when using this beautiful home.
