Cute college town retreat!

This place was clean and tidy upon arrival. It was a lovely experience to have stayed here during the weekend. It was conveniently located near the Cuthbert Ampitheater and had numerous coffee shops nearby.

Comfortable house in convenient location

House was great. Very convenient for university of Oregon and downtown activities. If you stayed here and were willing to walk 0.5 m, you wouldn’t really need a car at all. We didn’t bring a dog but I am a dog owner and thought that the property with its nice backyard would work great for a dog .

We absolutely loved this property! Very nicely decorated, but still had that comfortable “homey” feel to it. Very clean and organized when we arrived, and they have a lovey Keurig set up with complimentary coffee, tea, creamers and sugars. They have mostly everything you’d need in the kitchen to cook a basic meal. Plenty of towels, and complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of space for parking in the driveway, we were able to fit 3 cars, and there’s more room for parking on the street right by the house. The only things that weren’t “flawless” (but in my opinion, they didn’t matter much) was the heating, and entry. The heaters were a little difficult to figure out at first and it was a little cold at times but nothing too crazy. The keyless entry lock was very difficult to figure out without instructions and we had to contact VRBO for assistance. Other than that it was a 10/10 experience! We will definitely be booking here again if we need something in this area. (Also extra bonus points for having a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the living room!!)

Great location and unit, but door code given did not work so we were not able to check in at the time provided. Contacting the owner was difficult, and when we reached the owner he seemed to not know basic details about the property (e.g. whether the lock mechanism was a key or a key code). There was also an open hole in the door where the lock had been replaced and the door had not yet been fixed, and when we asked the handyperson who came by to help us get into the property (and then couldn't find the correct door key code, so we had to hunt around the house to find where it was written down), he said that we could just "stuff something in it." Other than that, this was a nice unit.
