We really enjoyed our stay at Pearly Shores in Mandurah. It’s a great property in a fantastic location, and we would happily stay again.Our host was excellent throughout, friendly, responsive and genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the only disappointment was the standard of cleaning before our arrival. It was clear the cleaners had not done the job to the standard you would expect, and we ended up doing quite a bit of cleaning ourselves.Importantly, when we raised it with our host, she was genuinely disappointed and apologetic and immediately offered us an additional night at no charge. It was a very generous gesture, although unfortunately we couldn’t accept as we were travelling on a tight schedule.We don’t believe the cleaning issue reflects the quality of the property or the host, and hopefully it was simply a one-off that can be addressed with the cleaning team.Overall, Pearly Shores is a lovely property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.
