This large family home has all your holiday needs covered. The large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area provides plenty of space for 2 families, and the Sony Playstation and DVD player will keep the kids entertained on those occasional rainy days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, making it suitable for longer stays, and has a dishwasher so you can spend less time on the dishes and more time catching your dinner!
There are 4 bedrooms, all with queen beds with linen and towels provided. There are 2 bathrooms, plus a separate laundry which has a washing machine and dryer. There is a big garden to keep the kids entertained when it’s not raining, and in the garage you’ll find extra fridges, drop nets and crab scoops you’re welcome to use. There’s also a lovely Weber Q to cook your Chilli Crab on. There’s plenty of parking and side access to park the boat and trailer securely.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
Mandurah is only a short drive from Perth and offers an abundance of entertainment for the whole family. The region is probably most famous for the seafood you can catch, including our famous crabs, as well as the sealife you don’t eat – our beautiful Mandurah dolphins. There are plenty of water sports on offer, as well as plenty of nightlife.
The house is located in Wannanup, in between the ocean and the lagoon. Whether it’s a day on the beautiful beach and a dip in the ocean, or a day on the boat in the lagoon waiting for the next catch, this location has you covered. The Miami Shopping Centre is just a short drive up the road for supermarkets, shops and cafes, plus the central Mandurah Marina is only a 15 minute drive away. If you’re after the best holiday on earth – you’ve found it!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property despite testing positive for Covid-19 during our stay. The property manager Shona was very helpful and easy to contact. This house had everything we needed during our stay and was clean and comfortable. The perfect holiday home for a large family.
The property was suitable for our needs and it was clean.
The surrounding area was not great although it was a short walk to the canals and estuary which were lovely.
The rules of the house were quite negative and punitive, with several dire warning signs regarding bins and bbq use. The requirement to strip beds/empty dishwasher and sweep floors etc was a bit much.

Close to Tim's Thickett for awesome beach 4WD...can drive all the way to Preston Beach.
10 mins drive to Estuary for crabbing.- crab nets in the garage thanks 😊
Mandurah forum only 15 mins drive.
Soooo clean. Could not fault anything really. Bedding & towels supplied were clean fresh soft.
Mattress not the best but I'm a bit fussy with my mattress!!!
We will defo come back and our friends said the same, that they would come back.

Some of the plates were not washed well. One of the pans had food still in the bottom of it. The mugs had to be scrubbed to remove the coffee/tea stains. The back yard and garage was full of leaves, this was swept before we left. in one of the spare bedrooms the shelve in the cupboards was on the ground. The blinds did not cover some windows hence someone could peep in at night due to missing blinds.
The stay was ok but wouldn't stay there again.

Clean except don’t lift lounge cushions, everything in the place is very old & in need of maintenance. Most appliances are out of the seventies, could do with a good coat of paint, taps leaking, supposed to be 2 car garbage very difficult to get out of cars as there is 2 fridges on one side & shelving on the other.
