Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Each bedroom features a king bed, offering a consistent and restful setup for groups. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and includes an ensuite bath with a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own private ensuite bath, providing added privacy. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens onto a balcony with pond views, offering a quiet place to take in the scenery.

Living spaces
The main living and dining areas flow together, creating a natural space for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet evening indoors. Large windows bring in soft daylight, while air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan support comfort throughout the year. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected, and an HDTV adds to the home’s entertainment options. The home also includes a washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, and a private entrance. Self check-in via keypad ensures a smooth arrival.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. A dining table nearby creates an easy transition from cooking to shared meals, whether starting your day or winding down in the evening.

Outdoor living

Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, offering another way to enjoy the natural surroundings. Guests also have access to a community pool within the neighborhood. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - adds convenience throughout your stay.

Neighborhood
Located inside the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC), the condo places you close to golf, tennis, pickleball, and walking paths, along with the broader Ponte Vedra Beach area. Guests may book their own golf, tennis and/or pickle ball reservations at nearby facilities. Please note there is no designated beach access for properties within TPC.

Additional details
The home includes key safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. This property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed.
