Blair is a 3 bedroom family holiday house located close to Blairgowrie beach and village.
The house has been recently renovated.
Enter into an open plan area with split system cooling and heating.
Living area with couch, wall mounted Smart Tv and working fireplace.
Dining seats up to 7 guests and opens to rear yard.
Kitchen has bench + 3 stools, all modern appliances including microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (pods).
There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer, also includes 2nd bathroom with shower + separate toilet.
The back yard is securely fenced and house is pet friendly on application - must receive owners permission before bringing pet.
Outdoor entertaining includes large Bbq, outdoor dining, outdoor umbrellas, lounge and lawn area.
There is off street parking for 3 cars and a basketball ring at end of driveway.
House has wifi.
Approximately 20 min walk or 2 min drive to Blairgowrie Beach and Village.
