Upstairs you'll find a light and airy kitchen, complete with all your modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The open plan living/dining area includes table seating for 6, TV, DVD/Bluray player, iPod docking station and a large lounge ideally situated in front of the Coonara, perfect for cozying up on those cold winter nights.
Soak up the sunshine on the large deck area, with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities ideal for entertaining.
This fully fenced property boasts a large backyard. There's plenty to keep the kids busy whether that be a game of totem tennis, the swing or just exploring the spacious yard.
Bathroom facilities include the main bathroom with separate shower, bath, toilet and vanity. 2nd bathroom with separate toilet on ground level.
Laundry facilities include top loader washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and clothes line.
