Upstairs, four beautifully styled bedrooms provide calm sanctuaries, including a primary suite with ocean views and a spa inspired ensuite. Additional features include a media room, study nook, ducted air conditioning, high speed Wi Fi, smart home automation, and a secure double garage, all just a short stroll from the beach and Esplanade dining.

The beach house is just a short 750 metre walk along the coastal path to the beautiful patrolled Mooloolaba Beach. You’ll also find plenty to enjoy within easy walking distance, including cosy cafes, great restaurants, the local surf club, and Coles for all your essentials. With parks, playgrounds, and scenic headland walking tracks nearby, it’s the perfect spot to relax and explore on your getaway.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
