Our family loves this house. Plenty of space for all to be together and have fun. We made a trip to the Grand Canyon and it was an easy drive there and back.
We enjoyed our little home away from home. A great place to use as our base for excursions around Flagataff like hiking , the lava tubes, The Grand Canyon , Bearazona and the Snowbowl !
A great trip!
The home was beautiful and matched the description perfectly. The owner was responsive when we reached out. The check in and check out process was easy, the directions were spot on. We would certainly stay here again when we come back to flagstaff
Stayed for a baseball tournament. Great location, quiet house in a great neighborhood with a park down the street. Great communication with rental manager. Would book again!
We had the best time staying here! The location is amazing. There is a sledding hill/park near by. We loved the fact that we could let our kids play in the snow in the backyard. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi! Plenty of space for families. We will definitely be back.
My family and I desperately needed to get out of the Phoenix heat for the weekend and were lucky enough to stay here. I was nervous to stay in a unknown home during covid, especially with a 2.5 month old but we were blown away by the cleanliness of this house. Ray, the owner, was great with communication and the house had everything we needed. A hiking trail next door, park down the block and downtown Flagstaff less than 10 mins away provided more than enough outdoor entertainment for our family. We will for sure be booking this house again!
The house was lovely and was located just a short walk from a playground. The layout of the house was perfect and the rooms were big. We loved eating dinner in the back yard under the gazebo. Upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that there were no nuts of any kind allowed inside the house. This is something that should have been advertised in the listing. There were not enough cooking utensils and the pans were either not clean or were rusted and peeling. The host needs to update the kitchen items. Overall, we had a great time and this property was ideal for our family.
I live in southern Arizona, but was having family from out of town for a birthday celebration and we were looking to escae the heat. This house is close to the highway, making day trips to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Petrified Forest, etc very easy. Despite the proximity to the highway, it is quiet. The house is beautiful and clean and the backyard is it's own oasis. There are plenty of extra linens, pillows, etc. I would stay here again. My only ask is some updating to cutlery and dishes. We cook most meals and knives are in rough shape. We are also coffee drinkers and there were only 6 or 7 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 10+ and only 1 dish towel.
The home was in a great neighborhood with easy access to Flagstaff and the wedding venue we attended. Furnishings were lovely and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the early check-in.
However, there were some negatives. The coffee pot in the kitchen needs replacement. The amount of bath towels provided were not sufficient. And probably the most concerning was the smoke detector which went off at midnight in the downstairs bedroom. We were forced to drive to a convenience store at that time of night to purchase a very expensive battery to replace it!

A brand new coffee maker was installed after the guest departure along with adding additional towels in the home after we heard of these issues. I was unaware that the battery in the smoke detector needed to be replaced causing the unit to beep in the night. I am sorry this happened and appreciative that it was resolved. Thanks for staying!
Our company leadership team used this home for our quarterly offsite meeting & found it to be a perfect space for us to focus. The only regret is that we did not have time to enjoy the beautiful back yard space (too much work ;).
We really enjoyed our stay here. As others have mentioned there really aren't enough towels, especially if you plan to use the hot tub. We had two under 2, a 10 year old and 8 adults. The park down the street was perfect for our group to celebrate the younger 2 having a birthday. Highly recommend this stay to anyone else.
I am virtually an Arizona native having lived in Arizona since the age of two. I am a real estate professional and investor working full time in the Arizona real estate industry since 2005. As the broker/owner of Viza Realty, I am a member of both the Scottsdale Association of Realtors and the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors. My family and I call Flagstaff our primary residence although we have lived for many, many years in Scottsdale and continue to have our secondary residence there. Flagstaff is a wonderful place and a very special place for my family. I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University where I studied business and earned my business degree back in 1992. My wife is also in the real estate industry where we both specialize in both the Flagstaff and Scottsdale real estate markets where we have lived and have a vast knowledge of these areas.
Why they chose this property
This property is truly one of our favorites homes in the area. We really like it do to is extremely convenient location not only in town but its proximity to the hiking / biking trail and park. The resort style backyard complete with lighted gazebo, water feature, picnic bench with umbrella, green artificial grass, flowers, trees, adirondack chairs, hot tub and BBQ grill make it the ultimate for having a relaxing outdoor experience. The interior of the home is also very appealing and relaxing with enough room to comfortably fit a large family group.
What makes this property unique
The backyard and location adjoining Flagstaff Urban Trail system and very close to the Ponderosa Trails Park which is very popular in winter months for sledding activities.
