We were up for commencement and enjoyed the location and peace and quiet of the home. Appreciated they allowed for dogs since we had to bring ours along. Great backyard and ample space.
Property was clean and well appointed. Nice layout. Convenient location close to downtown, situated in a nice neighborhood close walk to playground.
Only suggestion it would be a nice addition to have a few plastic plates and bowls for young children & outdoor fire pit.
Came up with my family and dog to celebrate a wedding and truly enjoyed each evening. Comfy beds. Nice size yard. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had all that we needed. It was clean and the bathrooms even had all we could need. Definitely would stay here again.

Do not recommend
Upon initial entry, the inside of the house looked relatively clean but upon further inspection it was not at all. Because of no a/c we tried to open some windows which look like they never have been cleaned. The front and backyard were both overrun with weeds and not taken care of. Planter boxes in back with just dead weeds. The furniture inside and out was very worn Kitchen was decent altho the trash can didn’t work, so you had to lift it open each and every time. Overall, do not recommend.
The location was perfect for our skiing trip! The house was super clean and check in was seamless. The perfect amount of space for an adult with two teenagers. The dog was happy checking out the fenced in backyard. Just what we needed for a two night stay in beautiful Flagstaff! Thank you!
Comfortable with good location. Only minor issue was that the shower drain was very slow and the bathroom sink didn’t have a drain stopper. Otherwise, a solid place.
The place was in very good condition, there were no issues. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around in.
Neighborhood was quiet and we were just about 5-10 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff.
Accurate depiction of property and great location.

VRBO potential, poor delivery
I was hesitant to book his property because I felt it was listed too high, and unfortunately I was correct. This home needs a lot of TLC! The furniture is ripped and outdated, there were signs throughout informing you thing were broken such as the main living room light & fan, a broken window and no AC. Also, none of the showers drained properly. The beds were comfortable however the sheets and pillows definitely were not. The BBQ grill was incredibly dirty and even caused a small grease fire when using. The outdoor furniture was not only uncomfortable, it felt as though it was going to break. It was unfortunate to wake up to no coffee in the kitchen, so I mentioned something to the property manager. While we were out getting groceries, we arrived at the property with him inside the home without even a phonecall or warning. While we appreciated the coffee, I felt incredibly uncomfortable with this. This property has the potential but the execution is very poor. I would hire a new management team ASAP!
